Had this (not so crazy) idea..

I have been pondering different methods to enrichen the A/F mixture on my 351W, i thought about the TwEECer but thast doesn't work on my 92 (according to their website) and i looked at the Quarterhorse which is a very viable alternative so i got to thinking (very dangerous) about fuel-enrichment systems on other vehicles use a separate injector mounted in the plenum that works as the choke but is actually cold start solenoid.. Anyways, same theory on the plenum of the 351W, tap the manifold for an injector boss, add injector, tie into the stock fuel rail, standalone injector driver (make one from ECM). Now i am trying (i will) how to tie in with the TPS or MAP so it is automatic or monitor a wide-band sensor and adjust the duty-cycle off the injector on the fly to bring mixtures into the safe zone (14.7 - 14):1, i know it wouldn't take much fuel to get the mixtures where i want them... Probably cheaper and definitely easier to get the QuarterHorse

The tweecer will work on your vehicle but maybe not your PCM and I believe that Quarterhorse is the same.

If you currently have an SD system, then you don't need to worry about adjusting fuel like this.

The SD system is much less finicky than the MASS Air system.

What always you think you need to adjust fuel? Do you have a wideband installed? What changes have you made?

I will be disabling the EGR and using a TWC or 3-way cat converter, a TWC works best with a richer fuel mixture while the TWC w/AIR is designed to work with a lean mixture, i will be adjusting the A/F mixture to the rich side of Stoichiometry to work with the TWC..

OK that's well and good but once you need to adjust fuel, how do you know how much to put in? Just saying rich of Stoich can Meany anywhere from 8-13. Sounds like you'll need a wideband.
