Starting Problem
I was having a slow cranking issue to the point that it would just about stop cranking befor it would finally start. So I replaced the batteries, didn't help, replaced the alternator, didn't help, so then replaced the starter and now she cranks over fast, but now she will not start, just cranks. She is a 2000 7.3 Excursion. The theft light is flashing slow, i think that is normal? Any ideas?

Well, I went out and checked all of the fuses and swaped relays around and still nothing. So I decided to just unhook the batteries and wait 5 to 10 minuts and closed all the doors. Hooked the batteries back up and then she fired right up. The only thing I can figure is that the sequence of events last time from the point of hooking the batteries up to actually trying to start the truck it must have thought we were trying to steal it. 
Well anyway she roars again! And starts great!
