I have the deep dish aluminum wheels on my 96 EB. I am swapping them out for a set of chrome styled steel wheels.
does anyone know if there is the offset difference? or is the same for steel wheels?
BTW I have a set of factory deep dish 15" aluminum wheels for sale. Beauty cond with these 4 caps and holding screws. send me email.
Are the chrome wheels the factory Ford wheels? If so the offset is the same. If they're aftermarket wheels, take a look at the back side. The size and offset should be stamped there somewhere.
Those factory aluminum wheels are my favorite for our trucks. Why change? My 1995 sales brochure does call them deep dish. Although compared to many after market wheels they may not seem it.
I couldn't agree more here...I love the old factory Alcoa wheels, while I understand its a personal choice/taste, but I love the factory alcoa wheels so much I put them on one of 79 bronco's...Best looking wheels out there in my opinion!!
