12 feet 1" hot tub hose (4 feet left over, nice to have a spare for later if needed) Wanted clear so I could actually see if there's oil in the lines
1 foot of 3/4" heater hose
2 - 90 degree 1" X 3/4" PVC (Pic1, reduce hose size to connect to the 3/4 connections on catch can)
2 - 90 degree 1" x 1" PVC (Pic 2, used to turn the hose around and run under air intake)
Guessing cost was around ($260 catch can/drain connection+ $50 piping material)
I know I could of built a cheaper CCV but this is how I wanted to build it.
Also if you want talk about expensive try Horse Polo. ha ha...
Temp exhaust wrap (Pic 1, I know it looks bad, but working on a new bracket. Kit comes with great brackets but couldn't use them.
I wanted a place that I can easily drain and check oil in the catch can. I didn't want the can under the truck since I'm running out of room under there with other upgrades. Also don't want to dump the gas in the back of the truck. Why I don't know but that's how I roll. LOL..
This is not completed yet still need to do a few more things (eye candy) but needed this done before our CO trip.
Driven about 200 miles in 98 degree temp and no issues yet.

Reason: Finishing touches
I REALLY want a CCV mod. I would like to do the Racor as Senix did however, I too am running out of room underneath due to my Viair system. I will have to go back and try to find Senix's pics of his install and see if I have room for it. I do like the fact that yours is under the hood. Still have to decide though. But I will do one of them.

After seeing the inside of my OEM intercooler looking completely coated with oil that feels like caramel candy anything is better than nothing.
All the old boots were covered with oil. I thought something was wrong with my truck. Kind of freaked me out.
