Ok, first off just unplug the 2 connections on each gasket on the valley side and look for burnt pins/melted connectors. Glow plugs are the outer pins, injectors are the ones closes to them and the middle one is a common ground. Check that level in the hpop too after it sits a couple days before you start it. Get a chance, check the fuel bowl and do that free rev if you can too.
