Ok, first off just unplug the 2 connections on each gasket on the valley side and look for burnt pins/melted connectors. Glow plugs are the outer pins, injectors are the ones closes to them and the middle one is a common ground. Check that level in the hpop too after it sits a couple days before you start it. Get a chance, check the fuel bowl and do that free rev if you can too.

Are batteries in good condition? I don't think any of this is your injectors at all

Should probably ask a couple more easy questions too. How old is the oil? What oil is in it?

2000 miles, delo 15/40 I think? Got it changed at Walmart, they didn't sticker it.

Batteries are marginal life, fixing to change them. But they still crank over pretty well.
