No regen???
I bought my truck 08 F350 6.4L last november, since then I have put maybe 5000 miles on it ,95% pulling my horse trailer or a few pulls of my fifth wheel. I have never seen a message or indication that the truck has had a regen cycle( tail pipe has lite soot but never noticed any smoke). I very rarely drive it except to pull trailers so figured I would notice a loss in Power but have not. average fuel is 11.5 mpg with the trailer which after averaging 5-6 mpg with the gasser is like a pay raise!

It is regening, just acting correctly. If it is running right you really should not notice a difference during the cleaning cycle. Maybe a little different in engine tone at most. But if you are pulling and it goes into a cycle you probably would not hear that as you tend to be running more rpms and boost during that.
I just finished a run out here to Ohio and coming out of western md to I averaged 7.8 . My GCVWR was just over 23K.
