Are you tring to get the handle off? If so, I think it may have a spring loaded pin on the back of it. pull the lever till it just stops, push the pin in and the lever shoud come off.Good luck.
ok you have a small metal tang that is like a piece of spring steel. you have to use a pair of needle nose pliers to flatten it against the metal piece that braces it and goes up into the switch. once that is pinched flat, you can unscrew the pull **** shaft out of the switch. yes, it is fun. with the instrument cluster out, you can see what you are doing WAY better.. hope this helped!
