Loose steering?

Loose steering?
So, I got an '05 F250 CCSB FX4. After driving it the past few days, picked it up Tuesday, I've noticed the steering is kinda loose. It might not be loose but that wheel turns insanely easily. Now, I don't know if that's normal or not. It's starting to get annoying while driving, overcorrecting way to much. Would a steering damper help that out or perhaps new ball joints or tie rod ends etc?
