lower radiator hose replacement

lower radiator hose replacement
I was wondering if anyone has done a write up on replacing the lower radiator hose on a 2v 5.4 (not sure if the others are the same procedure)? I have done some searching but haven't found much. If not, maybe someone can give me some tips. For starters, what is the deal with those hose clamps? How do you get them off and can I just use regular stainless hose clamps when I put the new one on? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
