Transmission problems

I changed my fluid out of my transmission and now I only have 2 gears and no reverse. Does anyone on here have any idea what the problem is? Fluid is full shifted through the gears to make sure it circulated.

Also put a magnetic drain plug in the bottom of the pan.

Low fluid, loose/missing internal filter, wrong fluid, something broke inside the trans.

Did you remove the filter seal from the old filter if left in the pump before installing the new filter?
