Not that I know of. They are a common failure point, and sounds like it could be your problem. You should even carry a spare, they can fail that often. Don't get one from a parts store though, they sometimes don't even work. Get it from ford or IH, its only about 25 bucks.

That's probably from extended cranking. You could top it off and try it. Make sure your batteries are fully charged. I assume you meant the ipr tin nut was loose and not the ipr right? I've had mine start with the tin nut laying in the valley. It started cranking longer before it started so I looked and found it had fallen off.

Top off the hpop oil and let it sit overnight and see if it drains down again. Don't try to start till after you know if it drains back

thanks you guys, I replaced the cam sensor but I had already bought from advanced before I had seen your post so now im back to wondering if that's what it is, also hooked it up to a scanner and it said no codes to test the pressure at the shrader valve the truck has to be running right sorry still trying to learn

No parts store scanner will get the codes off these trucks, if that is where you checked for them at. It takes something a little better as these aren't fully obdII compliant.

If you got a faulty cps from advanced auto, it wouldn't be the first time.
