Track bar replacement

My track bar needs to be changed out. Anyone one have any tips or advice on how to do the job or is it pretty straight forward?

the one i had to pull off i had to cut the bolt head off.

Be prepared to be able to re-torque it. Takes something around 400 ft lbs which can be a lot in your driveway.

i think i put some of them red ones bushings in there. it was fairly easy. i wanna say i used a rubber thumper a few times and had to beat on it.
