Front sway bar

Changed the oil today and noticed that the passenger side sway bar link bolt was snapped off where it attaches to the sway bar. I don't know how or when but I have been noticing a pop sound on that side over bumps and things for a little while. Anyone else had this happen?

Yep, no big deal, just replace the sway bar link bolt.

AFAIK it is what it is. I had 3 out of 4 broken between my expy and f150 at the same time. Get moog replacment links they seemed to be better quality.

after reading this thread i checked under my truck cause i too have heard the same popping sound. and sure enough the bolt at the sway bar link has broken off.. my question is, do i need to replace the small link due to the sway bar bumping it during riding conditions? or is this piece ok? and by this bolt being off, it will not damage the sway bar itself?

Just replace the link. I went to pep boys on the way home yesterday, the kit was $10.00, per side, and it took 15 minutes to put on.....No more pop pop pop
