First off I think I needed to label this DASH REMOVAL HELP
I have read through the tech section and I know this may sound silly since I have a basic idea of what needs done...
98 E150 conversion
problem ... The blower control switch for the front blower only works on one setting.
Solution We have bought a new switch...
**** The lighted switch quit turning easily and fused itself after a soda spilled on dash. vice grips are a pain but blower does work on low and medium and will not turn to High. Need to completely clean the underside of panel and change stuck switch****
Now My problem..... How do I carefully take the panel off the dash to install the new switch. I guess I am looking for clip locations and tips on how not to break my dash panel...
Thanks in advance!

Reason: addition info making issue more clear
After you get the new switch in and it also only works in one position (high speed, right?) come back here and I can tell you how to fix that.
Mark the switch its self over heated and melted after a soda was spilled on the dash fusing it... it works on low and medium but i am tired of using vice grips to turn the switch... so for 12 bucks - new switch
