I bought a 2013 FX4 and did not get navigation as an option. Is there anyway I can get it added, or is there an aftermarket product?

Welcome to FTE!

I didn't spend a lot of time at the Ford site, but I did a "Build your 2013 Ford..." with an FX4. I tried to select navigation, and it made me take a package that increased the price about $5000.

For $250 or less, you can:

Magellan Roadmate9055LM-CameraBundle

I'm sure the $5000 package has all kinds of nice things, but this type of bundling has drawn a lot of criticism. I like "stock" stuff because it fits, it looks right and it usually works. But I'd be dipped if I'd pay $5000 for navigation, especially if it means (which it appears it does) that you have the silly "My Ford Touch" or Stink or Synch or whatever it is that no one can figure out.

jmo, hope you enjoy your truck.

I couldn't have said it better. Except I'd opt for the Garmin Nuvi.

My 2012 came with an aftermarket Rosen in-dash unit (dealer speculation) designed so it works with all the Ford steering wheel controls and Sync functions. Nav is pretty good, am/fm & Sirius are excellent, the CD is only a single disc player.
My major dislike is the quality of the display. With all the super bright, high quality displays available , Rosen uses one that is nice at night but almost useless in daylight.
Subject to correction, I seem to remember my salesman saying it was around $1,000.

For another option, my favorite Nav is a 7" tablet with Google Nav set to satellite view. You'll never go back to a GPS unit after using it!

Another vote for this. I have a Google Nexus 7 tablet and use google maps navigation. Mine isn't even the "data" version (I do have to select the map area before leaving and pre-load it to the device) $250 at walmart. I also use it at home for internet browsing (and FTE access )
