Why?
I am curious as to why Ford people are so threatened by chevy people?
I am asking this due to the fact that every ford person I talk to flame chevy's and get mad at some of modifications I have done and the fact that I know more about my truck then they do about theirs. They also seem to get angrier about how much money we save when we upgrade and modify. I was raised around fords and have owned a couple (not very happy with the end result of those vehicles) and I understand the the differences of the 2 makes.

I like Chevy guys. Not that I am not going to give 'em a hard time, and expect one back. It's part of the fun. I always say, if you built your Chevy then you have the same hobby as me, welcome to the club. Ford vs. Chevy has been around forever, and always will be. It's when idiots who know nothing other than their truck has an oval and yours has a bow-tie that take it too far that I get disgusted - like you seem to be.

My question to you is : "Why do YOU ASSUME this" ?
What do you base your questions on ?
In other words, wher you get this idea?
Why did you register to a FORD site just to ask this question?

What caused you to search out a Ford trcuk site?

Have you been spoken to by someone from last night?

Why?
Being at a Ford site of course we love Fords/ My house is split 2 Chevy’s 2 Fords. It does all come down to preference. My favorite car is still my 86 Chevette. What a tinker toy but I loved that thing. First real car in college that was mine. Only thing power was the brakes. But I did a year of research before I bought Ford. I think Ford had the best product for MY dollar.
