Most automotive stores will carry paint match rattle can. It is useful for small repairs, but the quality will only be as good as the prep work and application of the paint.
Dupli-Color sells factory match paint in a rattle can. You can get it at most auto-parts stores. I used it to paint match my door and tailgate handles and they turned out pretty good
Just a word of advice. Some colors that Ford offers for the vehicles are not found within Duplicolor. For instance, my truck is Tuxedo Black metallic. I went to the local Advance Auto, Pep Boys and Auto Zone with out luck. A small touch up bottle, the local dealership had it in stock for $8 vs the auto part stores at $12-15 for most colors.
I did noticed Advance Auto did in fact have most of the colors Ford offered in the last 15 years. So as long as you don't have that weird color like me you should be fine.
