First, the basics.
2009 F150, SCREW, 52k miles, bone stock
This afternoon on the way home from work I was listening to the satelite, and my wife called me on the sync. All appeared to be working fine.
I went to run an errand, and noticed the clock was not on the display. It only said "F-150 Built Ford Tough". Now, my Radio/Satelite radio/sync are not functioning at all. I checked the fuses inside, all sync and radio related fuses are fine. I didn't see anything in the under hood fuse box relating to the radio.
All the radio buttons do not work, including those on the steering wheel. The a/c controls below work fine (thankfully).
Any hints or suggestions where I can look for problems?
Thanks in advance!
I've had a weird issue like this with my more basic Sync module in my 2010 F-150. It was something to due with an issue in regards to my old iPhone. In order to truly reset the system, I needed to pull the fuse and actually wait a while, as the sync system still pulls power even when the truck is off (though it's just a tiny bit of power). Try giving that a shot, I don't recall which fuse off the top of my head.
Well, I ran some more errands and all is back to normal. Very strange.
Come to think of it, earlier this week while on my way to work my left turn signal started blinking fast like a light was out. By the time I got to work it stopped doing it.
