84 F150 (Explorer) package?

84 F150 (Explorer) package?
I was looking over the paperwork that I got with my truck. I have what I believe is called the build sheet. At the bottom it has box that says (Special model or fleet name. In the box it is marked EXPLOR-A. I know there were Xl and XLT but never heard of an Explorer package. Can someone tell me what was in this value package? Thanks

Someone will come along soon that really knows the Explorer packages, but they were a year-by-year special. IOW, the 83's were different from the 82's and 84's, etc. And, there was an A and B package. But, they weren't listed in the standard brochure so they aren't that well known. Sounds like you have an A package, but what it included I don't know - although someone will.
