Although many suspension pieces will swap, I doubt any sheetmetal will swap over. It wouldn't hurt to give it a shot and see what mods are needed to make it useable.
Expect to drill several holes and plasma off a few edges here and there. Let us know what happens since the OEM pieces are expensive if even obtainable.

Go scout them at your local junkyard and I think you'll determine they won't work.
However, you can adapt an earlier support much easier if you are willing to add the bracing for the inner fenders and battery box mounting. It can be done, but it's not a two hour job.
