Does anybody have advice on how to reinstall the radiator support and inner fenders? Should I connect the inner fenders to the radiator support and install that as a unit? Or should I install the radiator support then squeeze the inner fenders in?

The latter... leave the core loose so the innes can be positioned and aligned.

Check for square before tightening.
