So I've been researching like mad about tuning, I have an 09 6.4 F350 SRW.
I'm going to be going with the H&S tuner and delete pipe and I'm just curious what can this truck safely handle?
I know I'm going to want to at least launch the truck with the strongest tune just to see what it does. I'll probably keep it slightly tuned unless there's a chance of any damages.....Anything I should be wary of, parts breaking, anyone run into any issues?

Thanks!
H&S mini maxx has different tunes for different applications. How you choose to operate within that tune can really impact on the life of the engine. If you set to the highest tune (+300 H.P.) and race from stop light to stop light, you can expect stretched head bolts, blown head gaskets, potential issues with the HPFP, over boost and probably many other issues I haven't read about....yet. My understanding is that the highest tunes are also where you see your best fuel mileage, but I have decided that I cannot keep it in those tunes. It is just too easy to romp on it. I keep it in the easy tune, mild setting which is better for towing and engine longevity.... I think.
Even at this lower setting, the truck has more power than I can ever legitimately use. But its still damn fun to romp on every now and then.
I have run mine at the 300 hp tune to check out mileage but usually run on a low tune, have not seen a big difference in MPG between the two.
You might think this is silly but I HAVE NEVER had her over 70% throttle either. Absolutly no need, it does get out of it's way really well.
