Hose Routing

As many of you know I am swapping my motor from the 300 to the 351. Well plan is to drop the motor tomorrow morning and I'm still a little lost on some hose routing. The black tube coming out of the fron of the intake on the passenger side has a support bracket coming off of it. What the heck does that bolt to? Now correct me if I am wrong but the big tube on that goes to the heater core and the small tube goes to the heater on the throttle body correct?

Oh and I should have some nice pics coming soon the ceramic coated headers and aluminum heads look incredible.
