How Often Does Ford Pull Build Orders?

How Often Does Ford Pull Build Orders?
Apologize if this has been asked and answered, but does Ford only pull build orders once a week? I called the dealership today to get a status on my 2013 F250 I ordered two weeks ago. They checked and said it hadn't been pulled, but "perhaps next Tuesday"?
I'm really needing to get this behemoth since I'm going to sell or trade in my daily driver Sierra 1500 that has 98,300 miles on it. Trying not to break 100k and watch the value drop! I'm assuming it will be built in Kentucky which hopefully will speed delivery to Alabama.

Call Ford cust svc and they maybe able to find out and tell you.

Thanks for the quick reply guys! Lost my mind and basically said what's another 20 years of payments! I ordered the following:
2013 F250 6.7L Crew Cab Short Bed
3:31 gears with 18" tires
FX4 Pkg
Lariat Ultimate Pkg w/ Nav
5th Wheel Prep Pkg
Tough Bed Liner
Two Tone (Blue Jean over Sterling Gray)
Adding Amp Power Bars from the dealer
(Also looking to order a Leer 550 cover when it arrives, but dealer didn't stock)
I struggled mightily over the 3:31 gears and 18" wheels, but eventually opted for cheaper replacement tires.
