a computer question.
i went to download a generator manual from C-net. i have never had any problems downloading from there before.
but this time the download file was corrupted with bing tool bar, gameboy tool bar, and a bunch of other crap.
i have successfully uninstalled everything, but now i have no vendors on the top of the page, and can not view any videos or pictures.
anyone know what i night be missing?

yup. i even went on another computer to make sure all the settings were the same.
as a last resort i rebooted it, waiting for it to fire back up to see if that did it.
being a 15 year old machine, it takes forever to start up from reboot.

You may have to reset your Firefox user preferences - those toolbars probably scrambled something.

i think that was it Terry.
i reset default settings on ABP, and opened up to see everything working again.
it was screwed up though. FTE, facebook, craigs list, crown vic.net, and photobucket did not work in firefox, but plow site, TFFN, PSN, and Tough fords worked fine.
