Better brakes?

I like to clean up the caliper mounting rails with a flat file to get the worst of the rust off and smooth any burrs or bumps that might interfere with caliper movement. A very light coat of grease before mounting the new ones doesn't hurt either.

New calipers and pads on the front made things better but didn't fix anything. Adjusted the rear drums and then bled everything and now I can actually stop. Thanks for all your suggestions, everyone!
