Here's the deal:
my passenger side manual locking hub will not go all the way into the free position. it rotates to the lock position. I think this is causing my truck to pull to the right and bounce when I drive. drivers side has no issue.
Why don't you open the hub locker and inspect it inside to see if there is anything wrong inside? it's quite easy to do it. But anyway, if you feel it's dragging you should look at the brakes and the bearings too.
