parameters?

Hey guys was just wondering if anyone has ran into a list of parameters for these trucks. I'm tuned and deleted and have the dashdaq for monitoring but it really doesn't do much good if I don't know safe levels and warnings LOL. I monitor fuel rail pressure, egts, ects, what do you guys monitor? Any help greatly appreciated!

What tuner are you running, can it set defuel levels? This is what h&s recommends for defueling.

Pyro (Pre-Turbo) - 1450 Degrees
Boost - 32 PSI **
Hot Coolant - 220 Degrees
Cold Coolant - 160 Degrees **
Trans - 220 Degrees

** These two are often overlooked, but we cannot stress enough their importance!

I know when I have mine "set up", which at the moment it is not.

Those levels you put up are pretty close to what would be good.

For me on the hot coolant, and trans on a hot summer day towing up Teton Pass, in Jackson WY I can see 230 ish, so rather than have the truck cut out all power just below the summit, I set those limits higher than 220.

I also watch the gauges pretty close.

Fuel pressure on the Dash Daq you could set it at around 29,000-30,000 psi.

The nice thing about using the Dash daq is the sheer amount of info you can monitor, plus you can go into record mode and record around 20 or 30 different parameters.

Mick should be able to help on what ones to look at as priority's and secondaries.

I've had trouble getting mick to understand what I want I clearly just ask for parameters and told him I understand the dashdaq with spartan comes preset with them but for some reason when I changed what I was monitoring and went back to one it through those parameters off. And he can't seem to simply tell me what I'm looking for
