88 Needs More Power
I am looking for a good cam that I can increase my horsepower on a 88 Ford F150 302 with a C6 tranny has 153000 miles on it but is very strong. I have looked at many cams but it is very confusing which one to go with. I dont want to change out a lot of parts but i would like to add about 75 - 100 hp to the truck to help it out. Please someone help me with a good cam swap I can do?

Look at the advise conanski has given.
To add 75-100 hp you're going to need gt40 heads or better.
And easiest way to get 100hp is a 351 swap with cam and heads.
