I bought this from a guy a few months ago - he listed it as fitting a 48-50 Ford truck - and while it might be true, it does not gel up on my 49 F3. My existing fenders are 'notched' to get into the running boards, while these are pretty straight.
The areas that look like dents or scratches are actually smudges and finger prints...
This fender is really clean, blasted, and primed so I will be selling it - as soon as I know what it will fit!!!
There's no notch for the RB's on any of them. Got a pic?
The (2) I have already HAVE notches on them and wanted to simply replace them with this one (well, at least replace one of them) but they are not the same. I wonder if it is a F1 fender???

Those do look to be for an F1.
You mention notches for the running boards? shouldn't be any notches...maybe we are missing this in terminology. take some pics of your existing F3 fenders and post? maybe that will help!
Here is a pic of my existing one I pulled off the truck.
As you can see - the 'right' side of the pic shows it is shaped different and the bottom 'kicks out' to meet up with the running board/side of the truck. This picture is the rear of the fender.
These work on my F3 - the new one I bought does not. I cannot return it as I bought is several months ago, stored it, and the guy moved from PHX to Dallas....
Yeah, im pretty sure those are for an F-1, the wheel opening is too small, plus the fender itself is too wide (F-2/3) fenders are actually narrower in order to compensate for the fact that the 8ft bed is wider than F-1 bed
*edit/confirmation*
you definitely have an F-1 fender, below I have attached a picture of a fender off my F-3. The give away is a distance between the top of the wheelwell arch and the bodyline on the fender. With the bigger wheelwell size of the F2/3 there is a little over an inch of space between, the F-1 fender has more than double that.
A dead horse as everyone has identified it already. Definately an f-1 fender. Just happens to be the exact one I need, but I live in California so I will have to wait for the next one. A buyer will come along shortly though.

Ironically - I was planning on a trip to Needles CA in a few weeks - if you want it, PM me and maybe we can meet. I will be driving from Scottsdale to Needles. If not, no worries - I always like to give the folks on the board first dibs....
