2012 escape mirror?

Does anybody know if explorer or navigator mirrors would fit? My wife dislikes

the oem built in blind spot mirrors!

2010 introduced the blind spot mirror bit. It uses such a small area of the mirror, I don't see how it would be objectionable. Maybe keep the mirrors, but change out the wife, instead?
