Bed Size
Here's a chart that was pretty useful in my search. For mine I picked up one off of a mid 90's f-150 and it fits but the edges of the bed and the edges of the cap don't line up perfect so it looks like the cap is offset on the bed, but it sits on the rails fine.

Hey there Terry, Id sure like to see a pic or two of the topper fit on your 99. Ive been looking for one for my 99 SB CC also, and there as rare as hens teeth within the 4-5 hour drive I be willing to make for a decent one in white.
