I got rid of that awful yellow wrap they have, re-wrapped it in black, and ran it across the front of the rad support
I'm not sure why a company would choose yellow wrapping for their wires. While I didn't spend the time taking the wrap off, I did hide it in some black wire loom across the front. There isn't much slack for routing.
I dunno why they would pick yellow either. Honestly though, after looking at the packaging, it looks like it's suppose to come with headlights as well. I'm sure LMC buys these things in BULK strips the bulbs, and sells the kit and the bulb separately .
Anyways, I finished up my install. I didnt worry too much about the yellow for now. I just needed my headlights to not shut off when I drove at night.
Thanks for posting the pictures.
I thought it looked like the new harness must plug into a existing headlight socket.
Hope you have good lighting now.
It actually only plugs into one of the stock harnesses. The other one doesnt get used, which seems strange. I'm debating whether or not to wrap the one that's not being used in electrical tape, just to get it covered up.
I wont really know for sure until tonight. Until then, im gonna be looking for that "h4" upgrade kit I've heard about.
rotten- What I did was the headlight harness upgrade like you have, but on top got H4 hella e-code housings and hid's from DDM. Makes a WORLD of difference and can see everything at night, plus I am not blinding everyone the e-codes have a great cut off and I never get flashed. Just have to properly aim them.
I need to clean up mine, but I just draped it in there between the grille and radiator support. I intend to secure it like rottenstock did along the top.
When I looked into it, I couldn't make it for the price they wanted. I have heard the relays are cheap, so we'll see. Maybe building one would have been cheaper if I end up having to change the relays.

I thought the same thing, that I'd just make one, but considering the time involved and price of better relays that I'd just get LMCs. I figured I can swap out the relays for better ones at a later time if they go bad.
Does anyone know of better relays that plug into the LMC harness? I noticed my high beams didn't work the other day, hoping I can find a better quality relay that is still plug and play<O</O
^^ X2...The system works good and a cheap easy upgrade. But the relays ARE CRAP and numerous parts stores I've been to can't find compatible relays that aren't no-name crap. I think Painless makes a similar harness with higher quality stuff and IIRC sweet looking black loom but its like $130 or something compared to LMCs $30 or whatever
