I made my own headlight harness, it was pretty easy but I also had a lot of the parts in stock so cost wasn't a factor. I think my relays are Bosch but the sockets are the same.
When you get everything fixed you will see a big improvement with your lighting. Wire loom will hide the yellow pretty easily as Bucks77ford pointed out.
I didnt really care about the yellow wire loom yet. I still don't know what i'm doing with my truck yet. I just hate my headlights going out at night. They don't seem to do that anymore.
I've been looking around the auto parts sites and Amazon pops up when you do a search for relays. I haven't seen anything that looked like quality. Kind of resigned myself to finding something off a Taurus other Ford at the J/Y and adapting. I'll check these out. I'm thinking seriously about purchasing the Bosch H4 assemblies you list in your Technical Info Hyperlink Compilation. I would had already ordered but their shopping cart doesn't appear to give an option to use a CC. I guess you just call them to order?
