390 heads and intake swap to my 360. Good? Bad? Any issues?

Those numbers are on par with what you should see on a stock 360

140 psi~8:1
150 psi~8.5:1
160 psi~9:1
170 psi~9.5:1
180 psi~10:1
190 psi~10.5:1

low on cash says it all. Replace the burnt exh valve and lap in a new one. If you have time I'd lap all of them while it's apart. Bolt it back together, drive it and get back to other interests.
