There seems to be a limit in the length of the URL you can post. I can get the link to come up properly on my browser address line all the way up to "http://www.business.uiuc.edu/mwc/53_ford_f100_projects_clutch_and_brake_pedal_remo" . If I add the next letter, "v", it chops up the URL.

Wonder if that's what's causing some other folks grief?

 

I figured that was the problem but didn't test it. I really embraced the long filename when Microsoft introduced it eons after it was a standard in the rest of the programming universe. I've been a PC programmer since the days of DOS and suffered enough with the old 8.3 restriction. Perhaps I have gone overboard?

I wonder about how my equalizer bar was bolted to the anchor bracket. I noticed that George put his back together in a slightly different order with an extra washer. Perhaps that is why mine became so worn. Unfortunately, none of my manuals show how these parts fit together.

Now that I'm thinkin, can that stock clutch linkage work for my Mustang clutch assembly? Static pressure is 2300 lbs.

 

Also, I think I have the bracket. I just need the master cylinder/booster and brake pedal arm, and pads!
