is it an abs problem or trans?

hey all, I have a 93 f-350 diesel idi e4od 4x4 crewcab with flatbed. love the truck but its driving me crazy. about a year ago the abs light came on at about 38 mph, since then it would not go into lock-up on the torque converter. we put a new tc in it, nothing. as expected! everytime i start the truck the abs light will stay off and brakes work swimmingly, until i hit 38 mph.it tested and proded and found that the pcm is not putting out a signal for tcc solenoid. ok, found wiring diagram for switch to create lock-up manually. love that!!! but need this to work because others drive this truck also. if im driving for a period of time the abs light gets dimmer and when you hit the brake it gets brighter, also gets brighter the more you slow down. now, when ive tested the light codes, it'll tell me that it that its a stop switch malfunction. sorry not it ive replaced the abs module, rear abs speed sensor (3), stop switch, park switch, vacuum switch, master cyinder switch, and pcm. the only thing i have to change is the expensive abs module. have it, just not wanting to do it with its price. any other ideas? cruise works, everything else works fine, just no lock-up!!! any help would be greatly appreciated!!! thanks guys!!!
