Squeaking from front right brake? Advice?

My 93 250 4wd has developed a squeak from right front brake, but it makes noise while driving and goes away when you apply brakes. Started a week ago while out cutting firewood. Usually worse going uphill. I can hear it on the highway with windows up. Always goes away for a couple seconds if you tap brakes, will stay quiet as long as brakes are applied. I've had them apart, used brake cleaner, didn't see any problems. Had a garage look at it & they couldn't see anything wrong. Hate to just start replacing parts. Any ideas?
