Speaker issue

I posted this hear, because it is about the truck, not the stereo. but maybe it needs to be moved over there?

The rear right speaker seems to be shorting out when driving down the road and hitting bumps. I do live on a really rough gravel road, and the paved ones close to home are not much better.

So my questions are, How do I get the pannels off over the speaker, the one in the corner behind the rear seat?
Also anyone have issues like this, and can give me a starting place for where the wire my have worn through, I am assuming it runs from the radio along in the dash, and under the trim at the doors all of the way to the back?
