egr valve -
04 ex burped up a code twice in the last few weeks. Finally decided to look at it, egr fault of some kind. being new and naive to diesels I thought it would be like the 5.4, 8-9 bucks and done. When I found it for over 200 I started digging for cleaning hints on the interweb(it's always right isn't it?). Took a hour and significant application of fluids and brush but wholly cow was it worth it. Truck runs quieter, smoother and no more code.
