Need Help Diagnosing problem ASAP plz
Low Fuelpress will Scar Injectors Plunger then it can start Hanging up at this point fuel free flows in cylinder
Fuel press basicaly Lubes the injectors
The Pressure isnt that high Normaly Just if there is Raw Diesel fuel in the cylinders and the Glow Plug is Out when the engine is cranked all the Fuel comes out the Glow Plug Hole
The engine is an Interferance engine meaning the piston Just about Kisses the Head at TDC (Top Dead Center) the interferance comes when the Valve timing gets Off for whatever reason and Piston Hits the Valve
But since the engine is interferance any liqued Fuel will come out that Glow Plug Hole with GREAT FORCE
You just dont want to be looking in there when engine is cranked that first couple revolutions Let it Vent the diesel fuel First then you can check it out
Any injector that has a Problem will have Heavy Mist coming out the GP Hole
