The driveshaft center support assy (carrier bearing-D9TZ-4800-A) is a separate part, not part of driveshaft and is the same for all 1965/79 F100/250's and some F350's.

Driveshafts are different lengths due to different wheelbases.

Many moons ago i put a C6 behind a 302 in my 66 F100. I used a 1-piece drive shaft out of early 70's vintage trucks. I cant remember if i had to cut it or not?? That way you get rid of the carrier bearing.
