Hi Guys,
Did a search in the 2009+ forum here and I didn't find any information on the spare tire rim width. I have a 2010 FX4 and I know the stock spare rim is an 18" rim. I'm wondering how wide it is though. I'm contemplating upgrading my tires to 275/65R20 and have determined that a full sized spare to closely match that new size would either be 305/70R18 (only dick cepek makes this size) or 325/65R18 (slightly smaller than the 35x12.5R18). Unfortunately, for the 325/65R18, all the tires need to have a rim width of 9" Minimum and seem to all be able to handle up to 11". I'm figuring that since the steely is OEM, I'm thinking only 8" wide but I'd like to confirm before contemplating buying a new rim and tire for the spare (which in that case I'd just get some 20" rim off of craigslist and buy another matching tire).
Thanks!

Just wondering why that chart doesn't mention the STX on there. My truck came stock with 275/65R18, which isn't mentioned on there at all. Is this chart just for 2009's or 2009's and up? Just curious.
