PLEASE HELP

I have a 2003 F250 6.0 215k on it and for some reason I'm getting diesel coming out of my tailpipe. Truck will idle but sounds like crap and will bogg out and shut off.......

Sounds like you have an injector washer failure. DON"T RUN IT or you WILL have catastrophic damage.

Each injector has a copper sealing washer and two fuel rail washers on it. Sounds like the copper washer failed and the fuel rail washers burned allowing raw diesel to run into the cylinder and out the tail pipe. You could have had an injector failure and it's just pumping raw diesel into the cylinder. Either way, if you keep running it you'll wind up hydrolocking the motor and bending a rod or you'll melt the piston completely out of the hole.

Guess that's not what he wanted to hear-lol.

Lots of good info in the Tech folder. Look at the top of the list here in the 6.0 forum. There is a good list of youtube videos on injector replacement in post #10 of this thread: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/5...ml#post4355612 <--click here. You'll get a good idea of how injectors go in. Also, your glow plugs are probably fine

When you pull the inject take a Mity Vac Pump and Pull vac test on each inject

And you can Bubble test with valve cover Off

just incase the Inject started to leak past the Pintal then burned the Washer up
