We recently purchased a 1978 Bronco. There is a "Sidewinder " emblem on both front sides. It looks like a snake with wheels. I cant find any information about it. Im hoping someone could help me out.

Does it look like this? These are on my '84 F150 XLT. Cant find any information on what the GOLD package includes or was used on. Im thinking it was a regional dealership added emblem. My truck was originally from TN. Sorry to hijack this thread.
Hi, Reggie. Sorry i am late to the dance, but i can tell u there was such a decal. My dad bought a brand new 1978 Bronco Sidewinder from a ford dealer in davenport, iowa. It was brown, with white and yellow striping and those snake on wheels sidewinder decals. I can not tell you if it was a dealer installed option or if it was from a conversion company. Good Luck
