I missed it, how do you know it's the hose? The caliper can get rusty inside and that will cause it to stick also.
If a brake is binding , and you crack the bleeder on the caliper , if it frees up at that moment you have a hose restriction . If not, a caliper issue . I find that to be a good diagnostics for brake drag . I stated that earlier to help him find his problem .
