Been busy on the truck lately and would like to find a clean way to label these switches.
The ones in the first pic from left to right:
AUX 1, ON BOARD AIR, TRANSFER PUMP, DRIVING LIGHTS
In the second pic there is only one switch but there is also a blinking LED indicator to the right of it. This switch controls an inline fuel pump to move fuel between my transfer tank and my main tank without me having to stop or get out of the truck. I separated this switch and added the blinking LED indicator because it's pretty important to not be left on and forgotten about or it will overfill the main tank with diesel and it will spill on the ground.
Like your choice if LED location. Mine is for the GPR indicator.
As far as labeling, you can always design your own and print them or have them printed on label paper and cut them to fit. Or you could go to a local trophy shop and see if they could make small plastic plaques with the name etched in.
Try your local Peterbuilt dealer. They have chrome labels that are engraved for those style switches. Usually dozens of different labels. Some places you can get blank ones and have them engraved. If there isn't a peterbuilt dealer near you try a truckstop with a good size chrome shop.
