Heate Box Removal

I have a 1967 standard cab that I drive daily. The bellows has gone away and needs replacing. Anyone know the tricks related to removing the heater box (i.e., where are all the connection points)?

There are three studs that go threw the firewall. You'll have to access them from under the hood they are the ones right by the two heater hoses that you'll have to disconnect anyways.
