Heater Box Removal

Does anyone know of a decent option to replace the stock heating system in a 61-66 ford? I want to retain the usability of my truck (being able to heat and cool it) but also want to get rid of the unsitely heater/vent box. A custom air condition setup would kill my budget. can anyone suggest a viable alternative?

Thanx JJ

PS if there is a better/proper word for the setup other that "heater box" please tell me.
