fuel rail question

I have '97 Ford E150 5.4L, back in the doghouse engine rear, you see the fuel rail has a plastic rubber tube connected to the other fuel rail side, what is the plastic/rubber tube called?

It's shaped like keyboard symbol [ and about 18-20" long connecting joining the fuel rails to each other, and can this bought at retail stores, or oem part only?

I'd call it a injector rail crossover tube or line. Seems like they are kind of built into the injector rails though.
